This counts as Observational Drawing, right?

My life's heading for disaster in the form of one dissertation ruining my entire uni career, so naturally i watched an ancient episode of DW and drew from it. S01E06, Dalek. Eccleston will always be my Doctor :3 Sir, your ears and nose defy logic.

Expressions practice

When i should've been painting actual pieces for Dee- con I decided to procrastinate by drawing all the expressions from a scene in A Scandal in Belgravia, series 2 of Sherlock (BBC). Sherlock is taken to Buckingham palace and as an act of defiance refuses to get dressed for the occasion, John is brought along separately and the following exchange is mainly dialogue- less; Martin Freeman's face does all the talking. He has so much sass. I was also trying out a more cartoony style from what i'm used to bashing out.

that girl what's in Sucker Punch

I noticed recently that a lot of people I know have personal blogs for work outside of uni, I pronounced this idea a good one! and tadah! behold my blog.

I couldn't go outside today because of hurricane bawbag, so I watched a lot of stuff online and ate. And then having thoroughly depressed myself watched Sucker Punch which I've wanted to see since it came out, I think the trailers for this film may have been the final straw in my decision to go blonde. I thought the film was ok... but Baby Doll was hot so i drew her face.
I really want to improve my skills in photoshop so i guess this was my latest attempt at that, I swear every time I start something like this I imagine myself adding colour later and I never get round to it...
